GET A GRIP is small business which has been ran independently by Sam and Kay since November 2009. In May 2011 we moved into our first shop and launched a clothing and product label, collaborating with independent illustrators, designers and artists to produce things we hope you'll love.
All our products are printed by hand using waterbased inks on manual equipment- and most importantly, they're all printed by us. We'll only use sustainable, recycled or upcycled fabrics and papers, so you can feel confident that you're new favourite T-shirt or the print on your wall has had minimal negative impact on the world we live in.
Based in our own shop-come-studio at The Custard Factory in Birmingham, neighbouring many other creative independent businesses, it's worth a trip if you're in town- and don't forget to pop in to watch us printing, sign up to a workshop, or get a first peek at our latest stock.
Our printing service is also available to anyone who's after some merchandise or products for their business, band, hobby or event. Current prices can be found right HERE.
In 2011 we signed up to donate at least one percent of our annual sales to environmental organisations and charities through 1% For The Planet. So you have the right to feel great about the purchases you make in our store!
